I’m Eric Jeter a husband and a father. Training and developing others is one of my greatest passions so to add Yoga to the mix is very exciting.
In the last few years, I’ve seen Yoga change and affect so many lives for the better including my own. The lessons I have learned on the mat have carried over into my everyday life. As someone who deals with anxiety Yoga reminds me to stop and breathe allowing me to push the negativity away. As a good ol country boy from South Carolina, I would highly recommend that you not allow stereotypes to keep you away from Yoga. Many walks of life take advantage of this wonderful practice. – Namaste y’all”
If asked, “What do you like most about yoga?”, Stephanie will ask you “How much time do you have?”
Practicing since 2002 and teaching since 2011, Stephanie’s Deep Flow class is a mindful blend of breath and body that strengthens and lengthens the muscles with particular emphasis on longer, deeper holds and breaths; woven throughout a thoughtful sequence that allows the body to move and transition in a natural way. She encourages students to discover their individual authenticity and potential in each and every pose. Breath, Balance, Body and Mind.
Grateful to see students transform from the inside out, Stephanie believes that on the mat – a deeply personal space – anything is possible.
