PERSONAL & GROUP TRAINING

At Namaste Fitness Studio, we call our group training “Wholistic Functional Training” as our group sessions are so much more than personal training. We incorporate the whole body on a holistic basis. Hence, “Wholistic Functional Training”.

We address the needs of our members on a multi-dimensional basis by focusing not only on physical fitness but also on mental, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being through community engagement. We strive to create a supportive and nurturing environment for our members to thrive.

By incorporating various elements such as cardiovascular training, weight and resistance training, nutrition guidance, mindset and meditation practices, and even addressing hormonal balance and longevity, your studio provides a well-rounded experience for members looking to improve their overall health and wellness.

The diverse class schedule offered throughout the day accommodates individuals with different schedules and preferences, making it accessible to a wide range of participants seeking a well-rounded fitness experience that goes beyond just physical exercise.

Group classes are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:15am, 6:45am, 8:15am, 9:45am,11:15am, 4:15pm, and 5:30pm (no 5:30pm on Fridays).

If you prefer personalized attention, our 1-on-1 personal training sessions are tailored to your specific needs. Before starting, we conduct a thorough intake analysis to understand your goals and abilities.
