Bar-less Barre Class Starting April 1, 2025!!
We’ve redefined Barre by ditching the ballet barre and using versatile props like resistance bands, weights, core balls, and more! This low-impact fusion of yoga, Pilates, and ballet focuses on small, controlled movements to build strength, stability, and flexibility. Perfect for all fitness levels, Barre engages your core, arms, legs, and glutes, leaving you feeling strong, centered, and uplifted.
Starting April 1st!:
Tuesday’s @ 10:45am, Thursdays’s @ 9:30am, and Saturday’s @ 10:30am each week.

Restorative Flow Yoga w/ Shawna Bennett – Tuesdays @ 10:00am
Unwind and rejuvenate with this gentle yoga class designed to relax your body and mind. Using supportive props like bolsters and blankets, you’ll hold restful poses, practice calming breathwork, and cultivate mindfulness. Perfect for all levels, this class offers the ultimate self-care experience, leaving you grounded, restored, and refreshed.
Class time is moving to 9:30am starting April 1st.
Stretch & Flow – (2nd & 4th) Thursdays @8:30am
This class is guided stretching & gentle moving for the body. We will focus on the opening of joints an stretching our muscles to make our bodies more accessible. Expect to ease into lengthening and opening of the body. All levels are welcome.
Class time moving to 8:15am starting April 1st.
